Another weekend down the drain!

.Today I was supposed to go to this picnic for LULAC, but my mom got sick, you know it really sucks to know that everyone else is having fun while I'm trapped in the four walls of my room maybe more than four, but who cares anyway. Then to make things worst the Mavericks lost today and Friday as well, I just hope that next year in acadec we eventually go to state because I am tired of my favorite teams and my own acadec team always losing all the time. I know I am also to blame for that because I have not worked hard enough. One of the biggest reasons I like acadec is because it gives me the opportunity to prove people who believe I am incompetent wrong. I love to see the look of surprise on people’s faces when I do something "unexpected" or that is outside my expectations. Hopefully my brain will constantly remind me to not let other distractions keep me from reaching my full potential.
Hopefully I will reach my full potential and my teammates and I can surprise people who think we don't deserve to go to state! I guess we will see next year. Remember Nazir that there is strength in numbers so make sure to encourage our teammates because we need them if you want to go to nationals.
