The old days!
As I was watching the spelling bee contest a little while ago,on channel eight I was reminded of the good old days, when I was in six grade in elementary school and I participated in the spelling bee contest in my school. Unfortunately it didn't go so well, I lost in the first round shock is it not? Anyway the judge ask me to spell nightmare sure it seems easy enough, but I was in six grade and everybody was staring at me waiting for me to mess up and so I did. In fact, until this day I still don't considered myself a good speller. Anyway instead of spelling nightmare I spelled nightmere. Now that I think about it is kind of sad and funny at the same time that I misspelled the word by just one miserable vowel. Would I like to buy a vowel? Even if I did is too late now! AEIOU oh yea and sometimes Y, see the A and the E are right next to each other stupid vowels!
Anyways the point I am trying to make is that almost doesn't count. See it's not how you fall, but is how you get back on your feet again like Henry Ford once said "Failure is the opportunity to start over more intelligently!
